Refurbished grade has passed all key functional tests; they are in pristine condition with no sign of use at all.

Grade A

A grade has passed all key functional tests; they appear in perfect condition at handheld distance. They may have very minor scratch which can only be visible by close looks

Grade B

Grade B

B grade has passed all key functional test; they may have few light scratches on screen. They may have light scuffs on body also there may be small nicks near port or side edge of device.

Grade C

C grade has passed all key functional tests; they appear moderate to heavy used. They may have visible scratches on screen or housing. Also, there may be few scuffs, scratches and dents on housing. They may also have dings, dents and heavy sign of usage at their ports and side edge.
